👋 Charlene Lowe
Charlene is inspired by her passion to teach and nurture others. Her classes flow with breath and with an emphasis on alignment. She believes that the power of your own breath is the magical key that connects your mind and your body throughout your practice, creating a moving meditation. With love and compassion she will safely guide your body into alignment so that you can maximize the energetic and healing benefits of each pose and minimize any risk of injury. This practice will nourish your body and your soul.
She has been blessed to train with some amazing teachers. Her certifications include Yoga Alliance 500RYT with Yogaworks mentors Erika Trice and Eka Ekong, Yoga Alliance 200RYT with Ana Forrest, Yin Yoga with Sarah Powers, Restorative Yoga with Judith Hanson Lasater and Chair Yoga with Lakshmi Voelker.
Charlene considers her daily Vipassana meditation practice and the Dharma to be essential to her well being. She is a graduate of the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program led by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach with Anne Cushman as her mentor.
