Michele Klink will guide you through therapy ball massage and heartfelt teachings to lovingly nurture your body, dissolve issues in the tissues, quiet the mind and expand the heart. You will also experience Yoga Nidra, the ancient art of 'Yogic Sleeping', in which you will be guided to a deep state of relaxation and meditation. Class ends with powerful reiki transmission. 

Yoga Therapy Balls provide us with a targeted deep-tissue massage that will reduce stress, alleviate pain, and induce calm. You will leave this workshop with tamed tension, a deeply renewed nervous system, a peaceful mind, and a fortified heartfelt intention.
