👋 Tasha Rosekrans

I was initially drawn to yoga as a way to stay physically fit, but right after my first class I noticed how much more grounded and connected I felt to the spirit of my being.  I realized that all the physical benefits I was receiving from yoga were going deeper than the physical shell.  The yoga mat became a sacred space to investigate how I was feeling physically, spiritually and emotionally.  It became a place for me to rinse what was not serving me and reset.  I noticed that the benefits I was receiving from my yoga practice were translating to the way I was living life in general; with more balance, strength, flexibility and self love.  With gratitude for the emotional healing and spiritual transformation that yoga had brought to me, I cultivated a passion to teach yoga and help others along their journey of deeper self connection.

In 2015 I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Costa Rica.  In 2016 I completed a 100 hour adjustment/assisting workshop with Janet Stone at Yoga Tree Potrero.  In 2017 my quest for more knowledge brought me to Ubud Bali where I completed my 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training with emphasis on meditation, pranayama and yoga therapy.

My classes are based on traditional Hatha alignment and Vinyasa flow.  I create unique and fluid sequencing for my classes with carefully selected music that is aligned to the flow of class.  My classes are a place where I encourage participants to tap into their strength, while also learning to be gentle with themselves at the same time.  My class participants describe my classes as fun, energetic, challenging, but also deeply caring.  Overall, my hope is that when students leave my class they feel uplifted, physically and mentally nourished, and more connected to their authentic truth and spirit.
