Yin yoga uses long, passive pose holds to gently get into the deep connective tissue and find a meditative awareness of breath and sensation. In this class 90% of the poses are on the floor and you use multiple supportive props.

Ashtanga is the root practice of Vinyasa yoga. A set sequence of poses are connected with a specific breathing technique to create a dynamic, fluid, and challenging practice. Mysore Style Ashtanga is individually instructed in a group setting. You may arrive and depart on your own schedule within the 90 minute scheduled time.

Tll levels class focuses on alignment and breath. The power of your own breath will help you safely align your body into each pose. When your body is aligned, you can maximize the energetic and healing benefits of each pose and minimize any risk of injury. Modifications for poses will be given whenever possible allowing you to practice at the level that is right for your body at that moment in time. Studio Temperature during this class is 74°F.
