Yoga For Runners - Run & Flow with Kalea Cleeton

Join Kalea Cleeton, of Aparigraha Coaching Run Club (ACRC) for a balanced well-being experience at Cloudbreak!

3-Mile Group Run: Lace up your shoes and join us for a 3-mile inclusive run, led by Kalea. We'll maintain a comfortable pace of 9-10 minutes per mile, ensuring everyone can participate and enjoy the journey together.

Yoga Flow for Running: After the run, we'll transition seamlessly into a yoga flow designed specifically for runners. We'll mindfully stretch our muscles, connect our breath to movement, and foster a sense of community as we unwind and replenish our bodies.

Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, this event is open to all levels and aims to promote holistic well-being through movement and connection.
