We’re happy to start another Kids Yoga Series, This time at Earthlings Sausalito with Kara Lee!

Children ranging from pre-K to second grade are welcome to join in this spring series to explore rhythm based movement, through art, dance, and yoga.

Kiddos will practice for 45 minutes, balance and have fun while working towards basic gymnastics skills like handstands, cartwheels and backbends. They will build confidence, strength and coordination within a playful setting rooted in the mindfulness of yoga.

Earthlings Yoga is located at 1001 Bridgeway Ste. A3, in Sausalito above Ship N Mail. 

Cost:

1 x per week enrollment = $188

2 x per week enrollment = $318
