Celebrate Summer Solstice & International Yoga Day with Metta Yoga! 

Join Carla Herzenberg & Outdoor Yoga SF for a Summer Solstice and International Yoga Day Silent Disco event! Outdoor Yoga is a studio without limits! If you were there last year, you know what a special and amazing collaboration this is! This will be a silent disco yoga experience unlike any other. We will move and flow together to soulful, deep groove and lo-fi beats with Carla's voice softly queuing the sequence in your ears.

With our mats on the earth, sun on our backs, breeze in the trees and the glorious light of the longest day of the year dancing around us, we will dive into a deeply connected sequence. We will flow in gratitude and love! Allow the positive ions from the trees to bathe you as we stretch and flow. We will get lifted, create a moving meditation, all connect by silent disco vibes and then lift the frequency of our beautiful group.
